Seize the night with this sleep inducing salt trio. A medley of German Epsom salt, Himalayan Pink salt and Dead Sea salt, with no added fragrance or oils.

Ingredients

Pink Himalayan Salt - detoxifies the body of impurities and can help reduce inflammation and joint pain.

Dead Sea Salt - a favourite of Queen Cleopatra, this salt's anti-aging properties leave the skin hydrated and revitalised.

German Epsom Salt - high in magnesium, it assists with alleviating sore muscles, tensions and head aches, preparing the body for sleep.

Directions

To begin, shake bag to mix all three salts. Add 1-2 cups of 'Carpe Noctem Bath Soak' to warm running water. Once the bath is filled, soak for at least 20 minutes. Drink water before, during and after the bath to maintain adequate hydration. Once well soaked, rise off and towel dry. Slip into your favourite pyjamas and you’re ready for the best night’s sleep.
